Low density polyethylene is the flexible, tough end of the polyethylene family — valued for its clarity, sealability and stress-crack resistance. We supply it as Petilen, the polyethylene brand of Petkim, one of the largest integrated petrochemical producers in the region, giving us reliable volumes and consistent quality batch to batch.

MFI 0.3 – 22 Film, packaging & moulding

LDPE PETILEN I22-19T MFI 22

A high melt flow, high-pressure tubular LDPE homopolymer with no additives. The high MFI suits fast-cycle injection moulding and compounding rather than film, making it a good fit where flow and mould-fill take priority over melt strength.

Typical propertiesMFI ~22 g/10min, density in the 0.918–0.920 g/cm³ range, representative of a soft, easy-flow injection grade rather than a film-grade LDPE

ApplicationsInjection-moulded kitchenware, toys, closures and caps, and use as a flow modifier in compounding

LDPE PETILEN G03-5 MFI 0.3

A general-purpose, high-pressure autoclave LDPE with a broad molecular weight distribution and low melt flow. The low MFI gives it the melt strength needed for blown film and extrusion work, and it's a common general-purpose choice across agricultural and construction uses.

Typical propertiesMFI ~0.3 g/10min, density around 0.922 g/cm³, higher melt strength typical of a low-MFI blown-film grade
