Unipol

Unipol is United Polymers' own-brand range of recycled and compounded polymers. The Unipol-R repro grades give moulders a cost-effective, lower-footprint alternative to virgin material in ABS, HIPS and PP copolymer, with consistent appearance and good processability batch to batch. Alongside them, our Unipol glass-filled PP homopolymer compounds add stiffness and heat resistance for structural parts. Every grade is held in stock at our Coventry warehouse and supplied in 1 tonne bulk bags or 25kg sacks.

UNIPOL-R ABS Repro Black

Recycled black ABS injection grade made from 100% post-consumer recycled acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, with a 10+ impact rating. A general-purpose repro alternative to virgin ABS with an even, consistent appearance.

PPHP UNIPOL 20% & 30% GF - Black & Natural

Our own glass-fibre reinforced PP homopolymer compound at 20% or 30% loading, in black or natural. Glass reinforcement significantly increases stiffness, tensile strength and heat resistance over unfilled PP.
